Which grades and subjects?
Grade 2 to 12. Maths at every grade; Science for younger grades, and Physics, Chemistry and Biology as separate subjects in higher grades.
What time are classes? We are in a different timezone.
Classes are held in your child's evening, after school, in your local time. We teach families in the UAE, USA, UK, India, Singapore, Australia and elsewhere; tell us your city and we will offer evening slots.
Is there a free trial class?
Yes. The first class is free. The tutor teaches a topic your child is working on now, and afterwards we message you on WhatsApp with what they noticed and a suggested plan. To arrange it, message us on WhatsApp with your child's grade, curriculum and subject.
How will I know how my child is doing?
You get a login to the parent dashboard at app.afterclassroom.in with hours of learning, classes and topics covered, homework, worksheets and deadlines. An “Engagement in class” chart shows how involved your child was in each class (AI-assessed), and the tutor writes you a weekly note. Every Sunday we also send a weekly homework report on WhatsApp (work set, handed in, deadlines missed), and the tutor writes classwork notes after every class.
Are classes one-to-one or in groups?
Always one-to-one. We do not run group classes. Your child has the same tutor every class.
How are classes held, and where are the tutors?
Classes are live online video lessons, one-to-one. Our tutors teach from India, and every class is scheduled in your local evening. A laptop or tablet and a steady internet connection are all your child needs.
How much do classes cost?
Fees depend on the grade, the subject and how many classes a week you need. Message us on WhatsApp and we will share the details for your child before anything is booked.
