This policy explains what information Afterclassroom Services ("we", "us") collects through afterclassroom.in and how we use it. We are an online tutoring business registered at MR1, Altf 142, Plot No. 21 and 21A, Sector 142, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201304, India. Questions: info@afterclassroom.in.

What we collect

• When you message us on WhatsApp or email us: your name, phone number or email address, and whatever you choose to tell us, such as your child's grade, curriculum and city. WhatsApp is run by Meta; its own privacy policy also applies to messages sent through it.
• Review form: the form on our review page does not store anything on our website. It writes your review into a WhatsApp message on your own device, and nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. If we publish your review, we show only your first name, city, curriculum, grade, rating and text.
• Website usage: our web server keeps standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and troubleshooting.
• Cookies from Google: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads to measure whether our ads lead to a WhatsApp conversation. These tools set cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location and the ad you clicked. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

How we use it

• To reply to you, arrange a trial class and, if you enrol, run your child's classes and send progress updates.
• To understand which pages and ads are useful, and to improve the site.
• To keep the website secure.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the services we need to operate (WhatsApp, Google, our web host), and only for the purposes above, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and control ad personalisation at Google ad settings.
• You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@afterclassroom.in. You can also stop WhatsApp messages from us at any time by replying STOP.

Children

This website is written for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children through this website.

How long we keep it

We keep conversation and enrolment records for as long as needed to provide classes and meet legal and accounting obligations, and then delete them. Server logs are kept for a limited period.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
