Cancellation & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your purchase of our online coaching services within 7 days without providing any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date you received access to the digital content or services.

To exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement via email to info@afterclassroom.in.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

Important: At this time, purchases are only supported in India. Customers in other regions may view our products but will not be able to complete a transaction. This limitation is due to current payment gateway restrictions. We will update our policy as additional countries are supported.

Conditions for Refunds:

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

• The service was purchased in the last 7 days.

• You have not accessed or used any part of the coaching services or digital content.

The following services cannot be refunded:

• Services that have been fully delivered or accessed.

• Personalized coaching sessions that have already been conducted.

• Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any services that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

At AfterClassroom, we do not accept returns for digital products once they are purchased and accessed. However, if you experience any issues with your product (e.g., a defective or inaccessible file), please contact us within 3 days of purchase for assistance or a replacement.

Exchanges:
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer exchanges once a product is purchased. However, if you experience any issues with your product, please contact us at info@afterclassroom.in within 3 days for assistance or a resolution.
